To qualify for the $125 free credit you must not have an existing Google Adwords account – this is Google’s rule not mine.

Costs involved:
There is a $5.00 activation fee charged by Google when you first sign up for an Adwords account.
My monthly management fee is $100.00 and must be paid before the Adwords campaign begins – However, there is no minimum commitment. So theoretically you could pay just $100.00 for the first months management, use the free $125.00 Advertising and then decide to stop completely with no further charge. (However I’m sure you will be pleased with the results and continue!).
The management fee includes research, setup and reporting.
